How to Make

Ingredients

6 eggs

¼ cup milk

½ cup broccoli, chopped small

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Cooking spray

WIC Tip: These can be kept in the fridge for up to three days.

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Mix eggs and milk in a bowl with a whisk.
  3. Mix broccoli, garlic powder, and most of the cheese into the eggs. Save about 2 tablespoons of cheese for later.
  4. Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray and fill until mostly full. Recipe will make about 24 mini frittatas.
  5. Bake for 10-11 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of warm eggs when the frittatas come out of the oven.
