¼ cup cooked quinoa (cooled)
½ cups finely grated carrots
½ cup finely chopped fresh spinach
2 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 large egg
Cloud Yogurt Dip
2 oz plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp lemon juice or a pinch of garlic powder
Have your child mix and serve in a small bowl

Instructions (Little Helper–Friendly!):
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Guide your child to grease or line a mini muffin tin.
3. In a large mixing bowl, guide your child to add the quinoa, carrots, spinach, cheese, and egg.
4. Guide your child to stir and mash everything together using a spoon or their clean hands—encourage them to make a veggie “mud pie!”
5. Guide your child spoon mixture into the greased muffin tins.
6. Let your child press it down gently with a spoon or their fingers.
7. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden and firm.
8. Have your child stay away from the oven to avoid burns
9. Cool before serving. Perfect warmth or at room temperature
Sit with your child and talk about their snack!
Ask questions like:
1. What colors can you see in your cheesy bites? Can you find a rainbow in your bite?
2. What do you think they will taste like? Let’s take a little bite! How does it taste? Is it cheesy? Sweet? Sour?
3. What do you think about the textures? Is it soft? Crunchy? Smooth and cool? Creamy? Chewy?
