How to Make

 

Ingredients

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

½ cup onion, chopped

1 cup green pepper, chopped

2 cups corn

2 cups diced tomatoes or 1 can (15 ounce) diced tomatoes

¼ teaspoon oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Add oil to a skillet. Add onion and green pepper, and sauté until vegetables are tender.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and cook until hot.
