This 3 minute snack is bite-sized and fun to eat. Kids will love zucchini when it’s in the form of zucchinibinis!

How to Make

1 zucchini, sliced into ½ inch rounds

3 tablespoons Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded

¼ cup bell pepper, chopped (optional)
